Rubbish...I work in the arts. I'd be so bored if I had to work on my own in a little corner. Though I like to be on my own at home.

Somewhat true. This definition seems very surface negative and was not made by an INTJ. (IMO)
I am very interested in having my own family, but i'm not interested in other people families nor would i tell them about mine.
I can be alot of fun, but only with people i like. Everyone else can go screw themselves.
I love music and photographs. But i wouldn't make a career out of it.

From an honest point of few, I identify and empathise with most. So Kudos from me to whomever wrote it!

I think whoever wrote this gave it a good shot, and may have been in contact with an INTJ or two who were at unhealthy levels. i.e. unhappy and pessimistic. (I'm generally happy and fulfilled as long as I have enough alone time.)

One of my biggest beefs with INTJ descriptions is that there tends to be a trend in describing us as human computers, void of emotion or creativity or spontaneity. For INTJ's our N function is dominant, not our T function, and the description seems to be more focused on T.

another possibility is that INTJ's are usually 5's and this could be describing a 5w6- I'm 5w4 so I feel left out a bit.

For me, creativity and inspiration are like oxygen- I feel suffocated without these things. So, they should add photography, digital imaging and design to the list of occupations IMHO.

Is learning languages, travel, abstract art and literature in the same category? I don't know - people presume that I ONLY like Maths, which I do, and Physics/Chemistry. They're all great, but I enjoy the former best. :(

    Anyway, good evaluation.

Yes, the description seems a little negative to me! But the two INTJ's in my life are very healthy people, healthier than most since they know what they want and what makes them happy. They are in touch with their emotions, it's just that they can have a hold over their emotions- not the same thing as being a robot! And they are both VERY creative people, especially in the language department.

Maybe for those who haven't matured. For me I'm very interested in a relationship and family, but none outside of my own. I just don't care or need to know. I also tend to like most people, on the surface anyways, because people in general I've found are very nice. Lots of those things are really negative and only really apply to someone who is irresponsible or immature. I think there's also a lot of variety, because I for one am NOT orderly and clean. Should see my desk when I was in the apartment - oh man that thing was a mess and you couldn't even see the actual desk. XD

The rest seems fairly accurate but maybe a little extreme. It's hard to generalize any entire type since more mature people will be more balanced, I suppose.

Hmm, sorted the list, do recommend changes. I'm sure we could quadruple the list but I don't have tie. For instance, the truths doesn't include loyal.

    Truths:

loner, not very complimentary, would rather be friendless than jobless, values solitude, detached, private, not much fun, skeptical, socially uncomfortable, not physically affectionate, does not talk about feelings, hard to impress, analytical, likes esoteric things, tends to be pessimistic, not spontaneous, guarded, does not think they are weird but others do, responsible, can be insensitive or ambivalent to the misfortunes of others, orderly, clean, organized, tends not to value organized religion, can be lonely, rarely shows anger, punctual, finisher, prepared

    Maybe Aye, Maybe No:

observer, prone to discontentment, suspicious of others,

Seems so to the outside but not to the INTJ:

more interested in intellectual pursuits than relationships or family, not very altruistic, perfectionist, hidden, does not tend to like most people, unhappy,

    What the?:

familiar with darkside. Luke I am your father?
