No. That story is an extremely long one, and if you are really interested, PM me with the reasons behind your question, and if I feel they are worth it, I'll point you to other places where I have spelled this out or others similar to me have. It is far to extensive for a forum that is not focused on these kinds of topics. If you're out to save the heartless heathen, then don't bother because you will get chopped to pieces any place I send you.
2-3: There are, quite literally, small libraries written about these topics. I have spent YEARS studying and reading both sides of the story, and far too much of my younger life on one side of the story. There is no possible way I could or would have the desire to go into the vastness of the material I have covered that deals with these questions in this kind of setting.
I learned in my childhood that it was a waste of time discussing the existence of a god with a teist/deist/believer.
I never thought of it as my job to proof the non-existence of god as well as Santa and the Easter Bunny. Surely it must be people claiming the existence of these that should provide proof.
To me it's a constant process of filtering away information based on superstition and considering other information on false/don't give a damn either way/possibly true/true.
