Which typist comment irritates you the most?

Since I have been on this forum I have noticed that we all seem to be put into one bucket and spewed out as if we are a certain way because of what our cognitive preferences are.

Sure we may have the same process of thought and some behaviours are quite similar but it does not neccessarily mean that if one of us use a different coloured font, cry at the movies, are natural hosts, make strange threads etc, are non-INTJ.

A reason why I have set my type to unknown is to avoid being judged before I have posted although I still have my cognitive functions and enneagram on display.

My personal favourites of being judged by other types is cold and unfeeling followed by advice on how to better/healthily "feel". Another is that I am supposed to not have any needs or desires to be sociable at all. That we don't care what others think of us. The latest one that arose again after a couple of months of quiet is the old INTJ being somewhat asexual.

This idea interests me as I am sure I have been guilty in the past of typist comments about others....after all it is natural to see your group as the most important group. Do the typist comments come from other INTJs or other types?

What are some of the typist comments that irritate you the most?

I can't speak for INTJs but I've experienced a similar thing myself. Let me vent.

Some non-ISTPs who post on the ISTP forum seem to think we spend our whole lives working on cars, but without a doubt the thing that pisses me off is the old "intuitives are smarter than sensors" argument which pops up from time to time, with such polite comments as "would a sensor understand this argument?" or "would a sensor be smart enough?" and I'm always tempted to reply with "Durrrrrrrr Capsicum likes fishy fish" or some other nonsensical comment.

This idea interests me as I am sure I have been guilty in the past of typist comments about others....after all it is natural to see your group as the most important group.
I'm not sure about that... ISTP is a pretty blah mbti type in terms of how much attention it gets.

Do the typist comments come from other INTJs or other types?
All types have members who make typist comments.

    VERY VERY good question.

I have just recently been judged on another forum JUST because I was an INTJ. INTJs were compared to, yikes , white supremacists websites! Because a white supremacists’ website tested as INTJs 80percent! Wow. Why am I compared to crazy people in this sense just because I’m an INTJ? Nonsense! I also almost changed my type! I also HATE it when people assume we're sociopaths. We are not. This is much more indepth, but people seem to have a very disturbing view of INTJs in other places...

I don't like this theoretical type nonsense we have on the web...

I despise the stereotype that we are uncaring, cold, manipulative robots. I hate it when people claim that we are unaware of our feelings and that we can not relate to them at all.

I am very well aware of my feelings, I embrace them and use them to their fullest potential. Now how I show them is entirely a different matter but it does not take away from the fact that they are indeed there.

Oh that one...yes. I am amazed I didn't put that one in as I have in the past been very annoyed by it.

The idea that we are more prone to psychopathologies or disorders is another one I forgot to post in OP. I figure that I am balanced and well adjusted, sane and sociable and not INFJ because of it....LOL.

INTJs aren't sociopaths, that's just silly!!

    ...they're psychopathic utilitarian philosophers. There's a difference!

    I am not socially aware.
I have no manners or sense of propriety.
Feelings?? What are they? Can you eat them?
    I hate people.
I love math and live in a lab.
Snuff movies to INTJs are like RomComs to ENFPs.
My idol is Friedrich Nietzsche and I hate God.

From what I've observed there seems to be a common perception that INTJs are trolls and normally from a few who go out of their way to cause trouble. Often in MBTI threads I've seen them brag about their supposed superiority then go on to make typist comments directed at other types often insulting peoples beliefs and thought processes

One of my friends is an INTJ and we have a lot in common except with the fact he tends to be more chaotic in his action. There was an INFJ girl we were both interested in who after getting annoyed with me went to him and much to my amusement got upset asking her for being emotional devoid asking her for sex when she was annoyed over something. I don't think it bothered him too much though as that's all he seemed to want her for.

This is actually not a thread to hang shit on INTJs....it is for INTJs clearly from the prefix INTJ to state what particular irritating typist comment irritates them

If you have a particular gripe about how people percieve your type then you are welcome to post....otherwise post your typist comments against INTJs elsewhere (preferably not at all).
