    Stressors: People

Solution: Take the piss out of them.

    EDIT

    • I need a lot of alone time and space to be the homebody I was born to be. When I can't have the time and space I need I get stressed and feel overwhelmed.
    • Limerence. Doesn't happen often though, so that's good.
    • Conflict that I can't ignore or resolve.

That's it really. I don't get stressed much....I get irritated more than I get stressed.

My work can be most of my waking hours for days sometimes, or sometimes several hours a day, but no days off for months. Plus I get overfocused and can't break concentration every hour for breaks like I should. And my deadlines are not negotiable. Stress builds up after a few months.

Next week I am going somewhere tropical. That always works.

Running behind, whether that's with trying to complete something or traveling to an event. In the former situation, I try to figure out what I can cut from my To-Do list so that I can reasonably get the rest done. For the latter, if I can't solve the problem of being late, I'm usually okay when we arrive and I can see that no one is upset or that I haven't screwed up any schedules.

Having to pick up the slack for other people's screw-ups and/or incompetence, one that comes more at work. I get things done and spend some time ranting and I'm usually good.

Being called on to make a decision with incomplete information. Bleh.

S.O. continued delay and lack of proactive concern- especially of not doing things that are punishable by $$ whether by fine or as random chance consequence or as eventuality of the current course of inaction. The expectations of others and of society in general. Living on a restricted diet while commensurately treating dietary deficiencies of certain vitamins after a lifetime of ignorant mistakes have been made toward my body's particular needs; It's financially stressful to not be able to consume what are commonly cheap foods and, additionally, a stressful nuisance to have to explain this to everyone who asks me why I'm not eating something which they think I should be eating. Acknowledging the guilt from failures and wrong doings of my past and present moments to then try to consolidate that remorse into positive present and future actions.

Lately, I've realized that masturbation is a good way to tire myself out so that I can at least sleep better. XD I'm considering jump rope in cross training shoes on an exercise pad to tire myself out, instead. I've commonly eaten dark chocolate to help myself relax, but I've become so sensitive to caffeine (induces anxiety) that I've had to cut back on [soy-free, dairy-free] dark chocolate =( Laughter definitely relieves my stress, so I watch things that I find comical to laugh genuinely at to my heart's content- gotta love endorphins! I had a lot more available energy back when I was a teenager because I could carb load and then channel that into chores or exercise or a fervent bike ride, so I used to handle stress much better, much more easily, than I do, now.

Generally speaking, other people cause me stress.

I have to agree with others here and say that other people cause me stress. Even nice people cause me stress when I want to be alone.

I try to be alone as much as I can. It's easier to get things done.

    Stressors:
    • unpleasant interactions
    • too much fun
    • badly written documents
    • poorly made films
    • giving directions

    Ways to alleviate stress:
    • hide
    • work out
    • eat candy
    • hang out with nice people
    • hide
    • take a walk
    • hide

oh-- and vacuuming... that's a stress reliever.

Are you hiding from humanity or from yourself... Or are they synonymous in the experience?
