True, got over it LOL. The blunt-ness is good. Plus i appreciated it.
I thought i was being biased but it turns out i was right after all and i had the proof. Now i don't see how can i be any other type or how can this thing define me/the other way round.
The evidence is not enough.. that's something only an INTJ would say.

I kinda feel stupid going through this mess but i'm glad i got it over and done with. At least i know now then later.
Also, thanks to @TheMorrigan for being the only one with some rational sense to knock into my head.

Some things in life just don't seem as important anymore as they did when I graduated college - and not just the obvious things, but the large picture priorities and goals.

The funny thing is I say that - but when I look at my past, the same things still piss me off as they do now, I guess I just have a lot larger patience threshold that comes with experience. This is specifically with regards to being on projects that have no specific deadlines, no real goals, the leaders not even knowing what the project is intended to do (or solve), etc etc.

With regards to marriage, the anger sparking off my spouse or children used to spread to me like an aggressive cancer - now I just laugh at these things or simply avoid the anger part and just solve the source of the problem with a smile (yes a smile - it's hard to force one, but after years of practice it's easy to fake).

I'm not sure if it's that I'm taking life less seriously or just altering my approach entirely. Either way I'm a whole lot happier - well, rather my thoughts are a lot more clear and focused rather than being clouded by the emotions (and/or incompetence) of others.

Maybe on a slight tangent - my mum always said 'work to live, don't live for work'. And the older I get, the more I find this to be true. Sometimes, it's nice just to be able to pay the bills so you can enjoy your time outside of work. I think age makes you value your time more, and yes, makes you more tolerant and patient, even if your inherent qualities don't change.

It would be fine if they were even remotely considerate. I don't give a damn if you want to damage your lungs. But don't act surprised when I get angry because you blew smoke in my face. I tell you, the best thing that happened in the UK a few years ago was the smoking ban in public places. Before then, you couldn't even step into a pub without having an asthma attack and needing to throw out your clothes.

I thought there was more than a hint of joking when it comes to my post above.

In any case, since you seem to be taking things to a slightly personal level -or not, I can never tell with people-, not all of them are that bad. Actually, some of my best friends are smokers.

Alright, I'll cut the kid now.

For each of you hating studying, there is probably at least one more person out there who wishes to be in your shoes. One of them would be me.

Could not agree more with Napoleptic. When the young folk in my classes ask what I am doing here, meaning why don’t I have a wife, kid and mortgage payments like a regular 29 year old, I tell them I am living the dream. Normally a confused laugh follows.
