My roommates had their first child last night! Well, technically it was this morning.

Either way I hope all evidence of the home birth is gone by the time I stop by on the way to work this morning.

You previous comment suddenly makes a lot more sense now.

    1. You can't thumbs up ads on Pandora.
    2. I don't drink coffee.
    3. I hate McCroak n' Choke with a passion.

(I also got annoyed recently while listening to FM radio because I couldn't thumbs up the songs.)

    Something clearly needs to change...
When I started on You Tube there were several "thumbs up" (popular soft-drink in India) but having many subscribers I limit it now to part 1 of movies I like plus occational song. I can still give a video thumb down without affecting this.
Writing comments, however, is a different matter and I can see myself in the situation you mentioned getting ready to write a comment on McDonald's coffee or a song.

Today I received the classification result regarding a new project I applied for. Four of 12 candidates were called for an interview (me included) and I got the 2nd place regarding Curriculum evaluation. Now I just need to rock on that interview to get the project ;)

I'm a little pissed because I just wasted 1 cheap teabag, 1 not-quite-as-cheap teabag, a bit of cheap powdered creamer, and some cheap store-brand Splenda. Why? It's not like that whole thing could have cost more than 25 cents!

    But, a note to anyone:
"True Blueberry" herbal tea does NOT mix well with creamer. I realized my mistake when my whole cup turned to curdled creamer gunk floating EVERYWHERE. I mean, it was *chunky* ... blegh ...

    Edit:
Here's what I mean by "cheap."

Great Value = Walmart. Sad, isn't it? But hey, their stuff is the cheapest and in most cases it's perfectly comparable to the next-closest in price name brand stuff.
