My psychotic IFNJ roommate is having a bitch fit again.

I was reading up on schizophrenia again, and this spoke to me:

Call your health care provider if:

Voices are telling you to hurt yourself or others.

You feel the urge to hurt yourself or others.

You are feeling hopeless or overwhelmed.

You are seeing things that aren't really there.

You feel you cannot leave the house.

You are unable to care for yourself.

I don't know about the practice in your country but here hospital bedding is put into plastic bags to be washed, the bags are dissolvable. get your hands on some of those, embroider on them, then when you have finished you can dissolve away the plastic.

Getting the actual stuff from a craft shop is far more expensive.

I was thinking of riding to work a couple of days a week because in addition to the trains, I usually wind up walking a fair bit (at least 3 miles and usually more--today's total was more like 5), and it seems like that would save time.
I don't know how full the trains are, how awkward getting a bike in would be... So... Maybe a folder would be best then?

5 miles is easy, I don't know your fitness levels, gotta be ok if you are walking 5 miles regularly, don't just jump into taking the bike right away, try doing the distance at the weekend first to see how you fair without the pressure of having to deal with the rest of the day.
You can also get an idea of how much time you need/save.

Should be no big deal though :)

Taking up my Physics summer class was a good choice, I think but I don’t clearly understand why I find Chemistry much more interesting than Physics (which makes me sleepy during our lectures and I find it awkward) when almost all of my friends find the former boring and tedious. Hmm.
