I put a number on every person in this picture, it's up to us to figure out who each person is. By every 3rd page I will try to update this picture and cross out the ones we've figured out.

31 Guan Yu almost 100% certain this is Guan Yu, a historical figure during the Warring States period in chinese history (after the fall of the Han Empire), and major protagonist of the "Romance of Three Kingdoms," a novel which dramatised the events written in the 1400's or somesuch. after Guan Yu's death, he was considered to be a deity in traditional chinese religious beliefs, and i gather there are still a shrine or two dedicated to him.

i suspect a number of the other chinese figures in this picture are from the Romance of Three Kingdoms too, though i cant say for certain. i suspect...

5. Liu Bei - the ruler of one of the three kingdoms, who was one of the brothers (by a bond in a peach grove or somesuch at the start of the book) of Guan Yu (the other brother being Zhang Fei).

91. Cao Cao (?) the leader of another of the three kingdoms, depicted commonly as a villain, but nonetheless a great man and a genius, deserving of respect (he also has the saddest death in the whole book, imo).
... or maybe perhaps the aforementioned Zhang Fei.
