I'm so happy my wine of the month shipment just arrived... now I just must wait for my cheese of the month and my new scrabble board to arrive and I will have quite the party!! The joys of delivery when one is trapped in the snowy mountains.
I love it when a package arrives that I forgot I had ordered :)
It is now my official 21st birthday! I refuse to succumb to the thinking that I am old. This will definitely be a year full of inner child nourishment. <3
another lovely evening by the chistmas tree! I've been enjoying it ever since we put it up and plan to take it down only when it's really looking sad, hehe. I've got my special tea I got for christmas, and a piece of see's candy and twinkly lights, mmmmmm so lovely!
Happy birthday @behoopd! :)
I'm happy that I'm getting my last week home off. I've been working every day since I've been home so it's nice to have some time to myself. I'm hanging out with my best friend tomorrow and then going to New York on Wednesday to hopefully see "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying". Then going out to eat with my Family on Thursday for my birthday and visiting my friends in Rhode Island on Friday. And I'm also excited because I just got a new iPhone that should be here in a few days. The one I have right now has a demon inside it or something. >_< I'm applying for some internships right now that fit me perfectly! This is a very happy week. :)
Omg, words cannot explain how PROUD I am of myself right now.
I've never been a natural at sewing (as much as I wish I were a master seamstress), but I just managed to hem a pair of jeans I bought at the thrift store last week that were waaay too long for me using this tutorial: Altering Jeans: Shorter (with Identical Hem) | Make It and Love It
AND I DIDN'T COMPLETELY SCREW IT UP! I now have a pair of decently hemmed jeans, done by me, no less :D
Progression makes me quite happy :D
Yayyyyyyyyy.

haha! yeah I haven't gotten around to undecorating ours yet, although it's pretty droopy and dry by now. gonna have to get to that soon, but I'm also putting it off for the sake of my rabbit who loves sitting under it. He's going to be so confused when it's not there anymore, it's his special place.
