This is probably the wrong place for this…but if I put my information as ‘only friends’ can see my profile…what can other members see? That may seem like a stupid question, but I’ve never clicked on anyone’s name here and seen anything like ‘blocked’ or ‘you don’t have access’ I’m just a tad paranoid since I discovered that you can Google something and threads on here come up. If I put up a profile pic could all members see that or just friends…same goes for some personal info. Thanks…I’ve been having big brother issues lately.

I know how you feel about the paranoia.

At least you weren't stupid enough to register at forums with your full name. I did that a lot when I was younger and it turned out to be a huge pain the ass because all people have to do is Google my name and all these stupid posts show up.

I've spent hours and hours editing them, asking administrators to change my username, and edit posts where people quoted my posts.
