What makes you awesome?

In the last couple of days some really nice things have been said to me...

I was told that I am genuine, kind, and selfless. Somebody else told me that I had a "beautiful personality". And a co-worker told me that "people like you come along once in a lifetime."

That made me feel pretty awesome. 'Cause I usually feel flakey, unorganized, out of touch with reality and generally just kind of like a weirdo.

I'm someone who has a strong sense and clarity of character, which makes people who want to do good in this world sort of want me to lead (which I reluctantly do, because though I don't really like all that attention/focus on me, I understand that people need a good influence and that I can do better at it than most).

I'm immensely intelligent.

I recognize my flaws (I can be totally oblivious to a lot of kinds of things. ) and accept responsibility for my failings.

I could love anyone completely, intensely, spiritually, passionately, and unconditionally, if they would allow it.

I'm immensely self-aware and my first existential crisis occurred so long ago that I've got a pretty firm grasp on that sort of thing by now.

I could choke a grown man to death in hand-to-hand combat, regardless of his tactical advantage.

I can turn anything, any tiny thing, even the smallest moment, into poetry that could make you cry and laugh.

And, you know, stuff.

It's funny how our own perceptions differ from others! I feel out of it too, especially socially. But many people recently have told me that i'm a connecter and am great with people! I've been the common link between buidling friendships. !!
After thinking about it (INFP's always need processing time!lol) I guess I do all this quietly on a one to one level. And really enjoy interacting and finding common links between people. .
Groups are a different scene, lol. So I'd say INFP's are awesome at building relationships one person at a time!

What do you mean by "Not so foreign INFPs"? Is it addressed to a certain category of INFPs?

Me...what makes me special is the intensity with which I can love somebody, I'd be able to go a long way and do extraordinary things to show my love and find thousands of ways to show it, the problem is, it's hard to meet someone to make me feel that deep, they'd have to be really worth it.
