Where do you buy a diffuser and what bedtime blend do you use?

I got mine at Escents Aromatherapy. They're located in British Columbia I believe so I had to order online from their website (they ship to Canada and the US). The type of diffuser I got (Ultramist Ultrasonic Aromatherapy Diffuser) ranges from $50-$75 depending on how far you want it to diffuse. But they have several other models on the website. I got the bedtime bundle which came with two oil blends, "Rest" and "Night Time". I put "Night Time" into the diffuser overnight and it knocks me right out. If you don't want to buy the oils from them, the night time blend is just a mix of lavender and chamomile. I'm sure you could find both of those easily. "Rest" (lavender and rosewood) is REALLY good to help me relax if I'm stressed as well. This was probably way more info than you wanted but hopefully it helps. :P
