Why does sleep seem so much more lovely and tempting when it's cloudy and raining outside?
I love sleep when it's raining.

I've been trying to find my all keys to my apartment since I'm moving soon. And at last.. I found the second one!

And where it was? In the fridge, on the top-shelf. Sometimes I feel like living in a surrealistic movie. Following this logic, the third key could be anywhere.. I have no idea where to start looking, though. I've emptied pretty much every locker I have, nada.

Hmm.. I wonder if its due to an adaption type of thing. I know that our circadian rhythms have us built to perk up when we're exposed to light, and when things get dim, chemicals are released in our brains to cause us to get sleepy. Animals seek refuge when it rains and maybe we don't even realize it but maybe there are several mechanisms that are causing us to want to stay in and rest. The sounds of the rain lull to sleep. The cooler air... the dimmer atmosphere.. Yeah taking a nap during a rainy day is the best.

^ I accidentally typed out "PerC up", instead of "perk up" at first. XD

This is interesting...up until the 1930s, if a man was engaged to a woman but backed out of the marriage he could be sued. Weddings were costly investments and women's economic future were tied to being married.

I wonder if people who like to type others are like people who are well trained in transcribing musicians.
Have a slight difficuluty of seeing the thing because they are able to focus on single parts of the whole. Like a musician who transcribes can block out all the other sounds and just focus on one and the the better they are the more subtle the sound they can pick up with their ears. But i've heard that some people who practiced this sometimes can't turn it off, they sometimes can't listen to a song how it's meant to be where you hear it all and the sounds compliment one another with not many dominating parts.

Do the people who try and type always remember that individuals can fit into the generalisation of types but are still themselves and no one would be able to replace them because only they are themselves?

I'm also wondering about Hend. We exchanged some messages not that long ago and she seemed like such a lovely person... I'll really miss her 'round here. :(

Also thinking that pyjama pants and sweatpants really are the most comfortable things ever and that it's a shame that it's looked upon as sloppy if you wear them out in public all the time. They make me feel cosy and comfy and help me forget about my stupid body image issues. I wish I could live my entire life in nothing else, haha.

Also, Robin Gibb died today and I'm pretty sad. :( I remember when his brother Maurice died back in 2003... shortly thereafter, I pulled out my dad's Bee Gees Greatest Hits album and and got pretty into their music. Now only Barry is left... *sigh* Maybe I'll throw on some Bee Gees records after the radio show I'm listening to is finished.

Perhaps Hend will come back and just wants a break because her world is in turmoil right now.
I like to think she'll come back, she had so many wonderful things to share.

Also for people who saw my post about colour. Better than words.
