Okay, this is like, the worst interview question EVER for me. When I'm on an interview and they tell me to describe myself in one word or three, I have trouble deciding what to pick. I mean, how are you supposed to describe the essence of yourself in just one word or idea? Unless you are a boring person with a very narrow personality and narrow interests, that should be difficult! I'm wondering if this is a symptom of what I think of as the INFP "mosaic personality" - our personality as a whole being comprised of several smaller parts.

I hate that question too. Hundreds of different words fly through my head as soon as the question is asked. Anymore I just say multifaceted, but just saying you are a mosaic sounds a whole lot better and answers the question.
