I guess this could apply to all Idealists, not just INFPs. Do you think that your personality is shaped by your ideals or are your ideals shaped by your personality? It seems like many INFPs share some similar values, such as not placing too much emphasis on materialism, and generally seeking peace and harmony. Many less idealistic types spend much of their time pursuing possessions and monetary gain and don't really care who they use or hurt to get what they want.
I noticed that when my values shifted, so did my behavior and perspective of life; and how I relate to people. I'm just curious if other idealists feel that your ideals are the cause or the effect of your personality.
Are there Intuitive Feeling 'Realists' who are not idealisitc at all?
