Just out of interest, and I don't mean to hijack the thread, but for anyone who has the fidgeting issue, like myself, have you ever tried using a spinner ring?
Spinner Rings, Spin Rings, Sterling Silver Spinner Jewelry, Stainless Steel Spinner Rings, Anxiety Spinner Rings.com
    I was thinking about getting one, but if they don't work...well, I won't :)
