When I feel drained, I usually go for a walk or open my window to let the air and sun come in...that usually helps :)
It's only during the day that i get drained...but it can be that way for 5 hours+ if I don't help it >.<

I gave up trying to deal with being drained, it happens the majority of the time and there doesn't seem like there is much I can do about it. I just usually try to maximize the up time while the energy is there. Is being drained another INFP trait? If so, this type is cursed. :(

When I'm drained I take a shower...or a bath. Or... I'm just taking time-out. It means.. I'm doing nothing, but sitting, watching or listening music....

The last thing I want to do when I am feeling drained is be sociable, especially with people i don't really know.

I would suggest vegging out, watch a movie, read something, organize something (like doing mindless chores that don't involve a lot of activity), make a mix tape/CD, go sit outside and look at nature, have quiet time.

Try listening to classical music and opera. Rhapsody in Blue and "La Donna e Mobile" always help some for me...but then again that's just me.
