    when u just want things to go well in your life and to get along with everyone despite the differences and problems between you and others or people between themselves ,because in reality you believe that people can solve their problems by understanding each other instead of being angry at each other and yelling and making the problem even bigger . ( i dont know if i have explained that right ) i guess what im trying to say is that being calm is the answear , getting emotional over a problem makes it difficult to solve it . ( at least thats how i see it )

    when you get depressed because you because you couldnt keep up with what you decided to do ( for me this usually is in the way i study , i usually study less than i need to be studying for the exam and i know that i need more but my mind just stops after a while and i get depressed when i see any mistakes in my exam results cause i know i could have done better )

    You know you are an INFP when,

    being angry and upset can slow you down physically.

    offtopic- I realise, but seriously, are we passive aggressive people?

    and why is that such a bad thing? other people are rude openly- we are sensitive and when we flip, we become passive-aggressive.

    Because its just as bad as being openly aggressive but thats in fact healthier, to release ones anger but you cant be bursting out at people so got to find a healthy release. My parents call me passive aggressive from the times I was asked to do something and I didn't because I delayed it too much or just forgot.

    @Wellsy So is it really healthy to be just open with our anger?

    but being passive aggressive in itself is hard, I could muster enough energy to be openly rude!

    @INFPgirl

    Well from what little I know, it's been said many times that the actually healthiest thing to do is to express what ever you're feeling but unfortunately people try and dull and diminish what we express, cant handle it and sometimes we need to know how to appropriately handle such intense emotions. But all emotions are meant to be expressed in some format or they fester and hurt a person physically by first hurting them emotionally.
    But I'm probably a bit different in my approach to anger as my issue is very much that I dont openly express it, im pretty sure im an enneagram type 9. I'd be better if I would let my frustrations out.
    Sometimes I do with guitar but not any where else. But the one up on expressing the anger is you'll probably be explaining what pissed you off, passive aggressive doesnt even let people know whats in your head.

    Sometimes I am willing to express my feelings and I just need time, but not when the problem is about my parents and I should tell them about it. They're fragile, especially my mother, and they're inclined to overreact. I'm not afraid that the situation will get worse; I simply know that it is the truth. I stay silent because I'm not ready to fight something bigger than me, not again. I don't need more stress, and I prefer to repress my frustration at least now. I'm not sure if I will lose control one day, but my approach to life is very optimistic and I think I'll be able to endure it until I can leave home.

    ...has what I just said got anything to do with this thread? XD

    You know you're an INFP when you start talking about something and you don't realize it has nothing to do with the topic of the conversation until the end.

    when you try to draw cute things and suddenly a skeleton pops out.

    when you want to start getting more into photography because some pictures remind you of screenshots from awesome MMORPGs.

    when you think being creepy looking could be as fun as being beautiful.
