I don't really, just be depressed for a while and sleep a lot. If I get really depressed I'll just take 20,000mg+ of vitamin D. Snaps you right back into normal mode.
Speaking of which I'm pretty down myself right now. :\ Dunno why.

Now I'm not down. Hardstyle makes me happy, check this out. It has power and happy. Makes you have feels. Bass feels.
