I used to be like that too, but if I think a little widely, has my ESTJ brother been there for me? Yes, he has. He is more of a doer. I am more of a feeler. He does not express Fi, but when I was younger, I wanted him to express Fi. It's very weird... To find close INFP friends, are rare. But they do exist. :) However I am grateful for what he has done for me too.

yeah, I often think I care more for friends or partners than they do me. It's an odd feeling because they may care in their own way but it usually feels as if I put more effort into caring than they do, or maybe we simply show how much we care differently. But it does feel one sided. I sometimes, feel as if I care more deeply than they do. It's not a fun feeling. But if I suppress those feelings or desire to care, I end up feeling worse or unfulfilled. Holding back hurts rather than helps me to deal with someone's seeming lack of caring. Not sure what the answer is to solving this.
