If the perfect man was persecuted for being honest, how much more will the persecution be for an imperfect one.

Also handicapps of any sort of social suicide to some degree.

Especially the one's that are met with disapproval.

Being honest about a handicapp, even if it was in the past, or it was a small degree of it.

I suppose it's all relative to what circles you mix in.....

With some people in certain circles, including family members, the
obnoxious side seems to just slip out of me, easily.....they push my buttons,
I get triggered and then react.

At the same time, within other circles, I can feel like an angel.

In other words, being in my dark or light side is dependant on who I'm with.

I'd love it if, socially no-one hid their 'shadow' side; everyone could be real -
    and simply laugh about it.

Sometimes I just think it's easier not to socialise. (not in large groups anyway)

When I look back at how I was when I was younger, I have been guilty of too many of these. I often wonder, If I was like how am am right now two years ago, how much better would my life be? This thought puts me in a very dark and depressive state, and I need to stop it, but I just can't!

I am very guilty of being negative to myself (I am my worst critic). I really cannot take any positive remarks to myself. I have never praised myself but I have been praised by others and I honestly think I don't deserve any recognition. I really feel that I haven't done a lot even though I want to make everyone around me happy or satisfied. I am also guilty of complaining and whining about my past. I am also guilty of constant regret on things that cannot be changed. If only the UNDO option exists in real life but life isn't all about going back, it's always forward.

My pessimism disgusts others. I am aware of that. If only they could understand my struggles then they'll get my point behind being like this.

Using your honesty in this way is such a bad thing but to me, it's still wonderful. At least you are honest. I'd rather be killed telling the truth. Embarrassing but worth it.

    I'm full of self hatred.

[woah this is like a confession]
