That certainly does come across as frustrating and when people tend to nit pick some of those traits, it can ultimately lead or encourage that "extreme" side of yourself a bit further. With that said, I wonder what opinion those extroverts or even your friends, would have of you if you shared yourself in a similar fashion to how you do on the forums. I don't read many posts on here, but I do read yours -- I appreciate the way you express yourself and never noticed that cold, rude, sneaky, cheeky, or know it all style of speech :D. Unless you're hiding it!
Hiding it? Why of course not...

All seriousness I appreciate the nice comment there. I've mainly operated under the assumption that I'm near unnoticable on here, so thanks. Returning the favour I appreciate the long and dedicated threads you put in and also the effort into replying, it's good to have stuff like this for our little community and all, no wonder you've got the amount of thanks . Although answering your question, despite it's rhetoricalness (if that's a word) I doubt it'd make much difference. I think I'd still get teased a fair bit regardless what I do, which sucks but I've long since learnt to live with it.

However the cheeky and sneaky comments were from the rather dim-witted textiles teacher, who was under the impression I was a very sneaky and manipulative person, who was also self-absorbed and arrogant about myself and only cared about my own intersts. Although how she came to that conclusion is rather baffling; I keep my head down in textiles, do the work as best as I can and try and make a decent laugh of it with my friends.

    Being a know-it-all

I'm surprised that this is voted so high. I thought I may have stood alone in this.

Honesty is the ultimate form of social suicide. If you reveal your inner most self to others the largest majority of people will see you as naive and embarrassing and a significant proportion of those people will attack your vulnerabilities. If you don't play the game, very few people will want to know you.

I always pick on myself, and have obvious self esteem problems. This used to cause a lot of people to not want to hang around me in high school. It's not so apparent these days and I keep it to myself. I also used to whine a lot and complain about my life (still do) but its gotten a bit better.

I stopped caring about my social image a long time ago.

So as far as real life goes, yeah, I've done almost all of these things at least once and I'm sure I may do at least one of them again. I'm only human and I'm sure I'll regret it and even probably vent or confess it on these forums, but none of us are exempt from mistakes.

I chose three, bit hard to take notice if ive done anymore but I feel like i've probably done these three things.
Insincerity, I picture me doing this in a shitty mood just saying things to smooth things along and not have to deal with someone over something they'll blow up big time because I find their opinion of what I would've said to be socialized into them.
Swearing rude inconsiderate language, certainly I dont think i e ever said it with the intent to emotionally wound someone but I do swear sometimes as me and my friends when drunk call one another cunts.
Complaining, moaning and whining, this probably isn't too recent as I try to avoid it but I pictured me doing this a year or more ago when I was pretty sick and my nephew was annoying me on a holiday in Sydney which we took a 12 hour drive to and from.
