3 and 4. Mainly 3.
To be fair its not that difficult to figure out the correlations =P
These all set me off equally, because they are all inconsiderate
It has been so long since I feel something similar to anger...that appears to be like a fleeting dream. I don't think I even have a trigger to pull off at this point of my life. But in the past I was identified with #3..specially the part of Insensitivity and not focusing on the individuals needs.
For me I'd say 4 most, then 3 next. There's nothing worse than trying to rationalize with someone who isn't rational or who refuses to accept fact as fact.
Really the only thing that could trump that in 3 is: Focus on "it" or "task" rather than on the individual's needs.

Not much to be said here. 3 and 4 get me going quite a bit as I think they're the worst.
A few of the things in 3, and all of them in 4. More than anything, what pulls my trigger is cruelty.
In general life, 3. At work, 4.
Definitely #3 for me and my ESFP husband chose #2.
