For me, it's my job. (Only two more weeks...)
I come home from work exhausted and in a terrible mood. I'm on my feet, running around, from when I clock on to when I clock off, and it's anywhere from 5 hours to 12 hours. Just being there stresses me out.
I have trouble relaxing afterwards. My current method is to lock myself in my room and listen to relaxing music. Any other ideas?
(Edit: The only other thing that helps is Ni-ing; imagining myself in the future, in a different situation...)
