Pretty much any hilary duff movie, or Uwe boll's movies when he destroys one based on a popular game
makes me cry everytime.
Click is the most soul-destroying movie ever. You think it's going to be all Adam Sandler slapstick hilarious and it's just not okay at all.
I don't cry - well, I can't cry cuz I've been conditioned not to - but I do get lumps in my throat, or the hair stands on the back of my neck ... or some sort of physical reaction to the following scenes:
As you all know, I live with a disability --- so I watch this scene every time I want to feel inspired to "never say die". I play it in my head over and over again till find the strength to move on.

Final scene of Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core had me in an emotional daze for a week after the game ended.

These are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
Dragonheart, especially the part when the music plays. Dang it, I'm already tearing up listening to it...
Also, this music: I stumbled on it before I watched the movie, and it made me cry even then.
Must be a music thing.

You never defined the type of tears how about tears of hope and happiness.
Watch twice a day, everyday.
Dont like to double post but, this makes my eyes gush tears like a waterfall. Such a notorious cry scene too.
Tommy is a scientist whose wife dies of cancer after he is unable to save her. His wife is dead at this point and he has lost his wedding ring.
Basically anything ever where men are crying or people are feeling guilty.
