I love food, so to hell with anorexia. And I hate vomiting, so to hell with bulimia.
My eating habits are remarkably similar to my ENFJ dad's. We both love healthy and unhealthy foods, but we have to watch our portion sizes and not overindulge. I got heavier during grad school, but due to exercise, portion control, and watching my calorie intake, I've since lost the 25 pounds I gained during that period. I'm also choosing fewer unhealthy foods and replacing them more with the healthy ones, so my cholesterol numbers have improved in the last year.
red, I am type 1 diabetic myself. Is that what your beloved is?
As for red meat, I have cut down on it since excesses of it contribute to high cholesterol and weight gain. I do like it, but as with any meat, it MUST be cooked thoroughly - there is nothing more disgusting than gristle, IMO.
