Kinda (Definitely) stolen from the INTP forum, but hey, it's a good idea.

So, what DO you carry around with you, I'll start off.

I carry my backpack, it contains my laptop, a laptop cooling pad, my laptop charger, and iPod cable, a mouse, a mouse mat, a DS Lite, all my DS Lite games, a BIG ASS pencil case with lots of pens and pencils, pencil sharpeners and geometrical instruments, a notebook containing all the drawings of dragons I used to do. I also carry my iPod, two sets of headphones, a phone and a spare set of glasses. Oh, and an 280Gb external HDD.

That's an average day for me, in total, that bangs up to about 20kg of weight

    How about you?

Well since I normally walk around college I just carry my books everywhere my bag got stolen, yes, my empty backpack got stolen I have no idea who would steal an empty backpack..but now i just walk around with my books in my arms like I'm in junior high lmao. and usually i have my iPod in my pocket and earphones, and a pencil. i usually look like I am two steps away from dropping everything I am carrying at once, not very J is it? :P i really really need a new backpack...but I have no money, and hte money I do have goes toward stockpiling microwave dinners and fast food.

A: Why you'd go for font size 1 I have no idea
B: You may look like you're about to drop everything, but at least you know you've got everything you need
C: I left a £60 wireless laser mouse at college. They stole the reciever, but not the mouse... Why?

I have a purse that's huge, and I like it, but I hate it at the same time. When I don't have to take it with me, I don't.

It's usual occupants are: my phone, a fashion/music/entertainment magazine, whatever book I'm reading, iPod, 2 sets of headphones (i lose things), one or two pairs of sunglasses, small makeup case (don't use much), scotch tape, pens & pencils, wallet, stevia (natural sweetner), two decks of cards, iPhone charger, keys, CDs that I shoud transfer onto my comp/iPod, supplements from the chiro I work for, and a few odd hair ties, magazine clippings, notes I've written to myself.

    Not too exciting.

Holy crap, guys. I carry my wallet, a felt tip pen, a pocket knife, my cell phone and the Life&Arts section of the local newspaper for the crosswords and the comics. By the way, my favorite comic currently running is Sally Forth. My all time favorite is Calvin & Hobbes.

You know you're an infj when you assume that this thread is about emotional baggage and are disappointed that it isn't
I carry my keys, my wallet and my phone. oh and a pocket full of tissues/napkins. If I need to take a bag out with me then I will also carry a book, a notepad and a pen.

For the record, and to expand on a previous statement I made in my first post, if I have any sort of pockets I can ditch the giganto-purse and carry just my credit cards, ID, keys, and phone. Possibly lip gloss or chap stick and maybe a piece of gum.

    I really hate that purse.

Are you expecting a natural disaster or something? You could survive with the contents of your backpack for weeks!

I carry around my phone and chapstick. That's it.

I carry around the normal stuff - buuuut to share the INFJ bits

I always carry around a giant load of band-aids (Ni, Fe) and a small flash light just in case (Ni, J?).

    whaaaaat?!

    I travel very light.

    For work:
    - wallet
    - cellphone
    - keys
    - lunch
    - notebook/planner

    For school
    - all the above
    - additional notebooks or a specific class (notes)
    - maybe my laptop if I want to study at a library/cafe after class (but no charger, because my laptop can last for about 6 hours without charging and I never intend to stay in one place for that long!)

*Note: I used to carry around a book with me, but I stopped because 1) I prefer having time set aside at home to enjoy my reading since I concentrate better this way, and 2) I realize that during all the times I've carried a book around, I've maybe read a page or two, and I usually got distracted/didn't read the pages very carefully since I was on the go. Honestly, I could probably go without carrying a backpack, and just a very light crossbody sling bag... but having a backpack/handbag on my shoulders gives me a sense of security.
Jasette and CptKickerCutleg thanked this post.
