For us INFJs who have complex and puzzling mind, I'd strongly suggest meditation. Meditation is the key to calm the mind. My monk friend used to use this analogy: he shook a bottle of water, all the bubbles and the swirling water is like our mind. Meditation is like holding it still afterward, so that all the bubbles disappear and we can see the water more clearly. I've tried it and so far, it's the only thing that can really keep me sane.

    MEDITATE OR WE SHOOT YOU!!!!!!!

    DO IT!!!!!

    MEDITATE MUTHA FUCKAAAA!!!!!

    lol

    kidding.

yeah. I have heard meditation works.
everyone and their grandfather is telling me to do it.
I just think I am like... already in a consta meditation state. more!? sounds like... easy?
    does that make sense.

    he he...
    elusive? maybe?

    I am up late tonight.
    it's fun though.
by myself. wide awake. doing what I want for a change.
    it feels pretty fantastic.
    not even lonely.
just need new experiences. (i'm listening to this amazing godsend cd.)
that means not repeating thoughts, or trying not to, well no... i guess trying doesn't really apply in this situation... it's just me and my world. re-connecting when all is lost.
knowing that if I get stuck there is a consta outer flow of information/ inner flow of information to tap into.

I trust you will be more okay than you find yourself when you are seemingly happy.

working hard, organising physical environment and mental processes... and so on and so on :)
boundaries... conscious realising, snapping out of negative, un-constructive patterns and pacing, and eventually being proactive, productive, creative... :)

You can do meditation almost everywhere actually, in shower, driving, eating, etc etc.

Basically it's being in the present moment, relaxing, with our mind really really focus on what we're doing that moment. If you can do that, my gosh, it's the best shower, the best meal, the best of everything you've ever had.

It's not easy coz we are constantly bombarded by thoughts, problems, and somehow we just couldn't get out of it. But it's really possible.

I actually tried this, and I have a really hard time with it.
I have failed so often at meditating I just don't try it anymore.
mainly cause I am an upset person when I fail.
