Emotional, Feeling Rollercoaster venting thread...post hourly if need be.

    Dear INFJ Tribe,

I post in the "How are you feeling today" thread, often.
Just last night I was calm, content & chill,
and expected to stay that way.
An hour later I was in tears
    reading something beautiful @OldManRivers wrote.

Venting my feelings in a safe way helps me overcome the negative ones,
and rein in the giddy ones that want to gallop away unbridled.

I currently have a lot of free time to be on PerC, so I thought I'd
try a thread that fits me, since we seem to have liberal freedom
to enjoy starting threads here. (which is really cool!)

Please feel free to join me!

I feel my spirit uplifted a little, just by preparing this thread.

I hate how every emotion is assigned so much importance - what I mean is that if I went out and one bad thing happened the entire night would be tainted yet others say "overall it was epic..." and immediately neglect the bad things - mabey this is just pessimism :D but it happens all the time!

But I don't like rollercoasters. :( I was forced on to one when I was 9 and haven't been on one since.

My emotion right now is disappointment.

I'm not a big fan of the emotional rollercoaster either,
but maybe we can sit together and scream, as we throw our hands in the air.

Maybe you can come back to this double post in an hour, and edit it.
You never know what feeling my spring up!

EDIT: I'm feeling even happier now that @Hokahey shared his feelings with me.

I am feeling pretty stupid, tired, and confused, as well as frustrated. I just had a panic attack and finally came to terms with the fact that I have a real phobia of driving. It's good to know what is happening to me and be able to pinpoint what the problem is and how big it is. But I'm also overwhelmed and embarrassed of having a phobia. ...I also, in the past week, realized that what I deal with is some sort of dissociative problem. I may have depersonalization disorder. I talked to an elder at my church and they told me to pray so that the trauma can be identified and I can deal with it. This is nerve-wracking as I cannot recall traumatic events due to my dissociation and I am a bit afraid that I will become overwhelmed upon remembering these traumas. On top of this all, I feel very humiliated and defective to have these problems in the first place, very much shame.

    I meant actual rollercoasters. :P

But yeah emotional rollercoasters are "meh" as well. If only they were like real ones, done in 90 seconds and exit the vehicle. (So open to a "that's what she said" joke) lol....

Probably. But the double post is honest though, so.... :)

    Why me? Just curious.

I hadn't given the "why" much thought. hmmm
Because you took the time to post and I know you've
been around a while, but we don't cross paths often,
and because I still remember your intense eye photo.

Wow, that was a long time ago. I'm not even sure I could find the intense eye photo you are talking about. lol...

Maybe our paths don't cross because they are normally running parallel. lol...

    Either way you are welcome.

Oh btw, still feeling disappointed however it's for a different reason now. The first time was for something I can't control, this time it's something I can.
