Thank Tree26Thanks

This is a discussion on Riverdale (CW) within the Guess the type forums, part of the What's my personality type? category; I think Jughead is very much an INFP. I don't see an NT at all....

I think she has a lot of Fi compassion when she sees someone actively in pain. I think she didn't see the consequences of drawing Betty into that revenge scheme and realized it at the time with some surprise. She tries to hide her own wounded feelings. She tries to make the Blossom's cutting remarks about her father --turn back to the loss they felt of their son.
I'm starting to see this. I'm torn between ENTJ and ESFP. She's not Si like I originally believed. Yes, she's well versed in pop culture but it's different than Ne/Si Jughead. The way she copes with stress or to let loose is very Se (retail shopping, clubbing). She really lacks Ne. I can't even come up with times she showed it. XD

Jughead is an INTP I think. He deconstructs the social constructs but his background is showing he is against his own history in a way. I can see the Ni idea, but I think he is always deconstructing and works interesting with Betty's ISFJ (you could compare her inner stress to Elsa's in Frozen although she is ISTJ--but it's an Si repression). I could see ENFJ for Betty but I think it is unhealthy version of ISFJ that comes out in her stress situations.
Can you show examples of Jughead having inferior Fe? That's been my main source of trouble on typing him INTP.

I agree with Betty. She shows more inferior Ne than Ti.

Cheryl is an ESTJ in an abusive situation. I'm unsure of Archie and Reggie (probably ESTP for him though). Valerie is an ISTJ, who grounds Archie and puts things in real perspective. I think Archie may be an ENFP. He seems like a people-pleaser but it's his own lack of inner belief that is making him go back and forth.

Josie is an ENFJ. Her talk to Valerie saying it was her or Archie seemed wounded Fe
    .

Archie as an ENFP? Interesting. He stumps me. He's very idealistic and naive.

Right now I'm wondering if Archie could be Pe-dom? Ne or Se rather than Fi? He seems to have that tendency to get super overstimulated by his external environment and bite off more than he can chew. He could simply be a more internal extrovert; though I think I need to watch more to be sure

an ESFP wouldn't be seen as an ice queen.

i don't see how Archie could be an ISFP. he uses more Fe imo (trying to defend Miss Grundy, encouraging Valerie to do what she wanted, finding out about Jughead's whole living situation, being afraid of his football bros judging him, etc). he also just seems like a "people-person" in general tbh.

As an intp enneagram 5w6, my fav character is jughead. I've never been so in love with a fictional character in my life lol! I'm not sure if I'd marry him but I definitely wouldn't pass up the chance to be in a relationship, in some theoretical world. I won't even bother typing him but he strikes me as someone with ti & fe in his function stack. Possibly an infj/infp or istp
    Josie -estj
    Betty-isfp
    Veronica-enfj
    Mrs Grundy-isfj
    Cheryl-esfj
That's all I can guess based on patterns I've seen in real life.

I wonder if it makes me a narcissistic to love jughead so much cause I can relate to him more than any thing character ever

I should start watching Riverdale, and give my own opinions on this, but I got so many shows ongoing at the moment to get through xD

that's a generalist statement. Fi can be very cold.

I'm talking about ESFPs not about Fi.
