And Hey you guys forgot about VENOM! >< I'd say ENFP or ESFP! Because he's not a J he's never orderly or neat or plans anything just goes with what ever, hes not a T because he goes psycho on Parker (Spiderman) out of raging anger based of his feelings and he's outwardly and energetic like an E but he has an N and S side to him at certain times, oh and I am referring Eddie Brocks version, before Thunderbolt series! XP

Yeah for sure bro. He's so deep in his beliefs even lost inside them it seems he can't be anything else. My favourite X-men character is cyclops but if I were to expand it to include all of marvel, gee that's a hard one

    INTJ - The Scientists

I'm not sure if it's safe to guess Deadpool's type. He does, after all, have a split personality or two...or three.

Also, if I had to guess Wolverine would be ISTP.

    ISFP - The Artists

One thing I have noticed is, ISFP's lack in Marvel.

It may not necessarily be the case, remember people have different perceptions of type, you may think some are ISFP's that others don't but your the one that may very well be right. Also types are hard to predict because in real life you'd expect certain temperaments as Keirsey stated to have different strengths:

    1. Rationals NT's: strategic brain
    2. Idealists NF's: diplomatic brain
    3. Artisan SP: tactical brain
    4. Guardian SJ: logistics brain

Marvel and other comic book or entertainment field's may very well not be aware of MBTI lol and hence may mesh the qualities of all four into one character, wow what an awesome well rounded individual that would be lol when in reality it's probably not the case. I'm not saying that it's impossible for a person of one temperament to develop well characteristics that are typically considered strengths of other temperaments just only if you see a scientist like Beast who's so intelligent, an analytical thinker, and profoundly philosophical when trying to convey a point it would seem indicative of an NT. Another problem is mutation gives them abilities which may typically considered a strentgh of another temperament. An SP could be a psychic and hence demonstrate the ability to read others emotions and thoughts which is characteristics of some NF's, notice I said some for these are generalisations at best. Same with nightcrawler, he has the agility and hand eye coordination that would seem characteristic of an SP with well developed extraverted Sensing Se but shows the contemplation and immersion in deep feeling of an introverted NF. So mutant power is another thing that may skew the perception.

    INFJ for Professor X? I think it's a fit.

he definitely seems an N being all contemplative and asking rhetorical questions to prove a point, use metaphor to illustrate a point. Despite the fact he is a leader he doesn't exude extroverted energy so from that I'd say an I, seems organised and structured hence leaning more towards J. As for F or T it's hard to say. But I personally think INTJ or INFJ. Based on the ad for Xmen first class when he tells magneto that "there is so much more to you than anger and hate, there's good" he's almost trying to inspire him which seems to fall in well with the NF's interest in human growth. But T or J, probable that a case can be made for both. Absolutely agree on the others.

I'm thinking that both his academy (with an interest in developing the skills from outcasts) and his mental powers seem sort of F-ish.

Wolverine ISTP (And a prime example of one. ISTPs are the lone-wolf bad-ass through-and-through)
    Gambit ESTP
    Deadpool ENTP
    Jean Grey INFJ
    Storm ISFJ
Beast INTJ (but in some media he strikes me as ENFJ)
Spiderman (Movies): INFP (but in the comics and cartoons he seems to vary between INFP, INTP, even ESFP)
    Iron Man ENTP
    Cyclops ISTJ
Cloak (I personally think he is a INTJ) (No idea myself. Not familiar enough with the character)
    Jubilee ESFP
Rogue (90's Cartoon): ESFP (X-Men Evolution/Wolverine and the X-Men): INFx (Movies): ISFx
    The Human Torch ESTP
    The Invisible Woman ENFJ
The Punisher ISTJ (Soldier boy gone rogue!)
    Dare Devil ISFJ
    Magneto ENTJ
    Nightcrawler INFP (X-Men Evolution): ENFP
    Shadow Cat ENFP
The Hulk (really hard to say. Bruce Banner: INTP or INTJ. Hulk....? Feral ISTP....?)
    Captain America ISTJ
    The Thing ISFJ
