Rhett an ESFP? How do you reason that, @Swordsman of Mana

I've seen Scarlett typed as an ENTP, although I don't think that's likely. She's definitely not an Fe dominant like some people suggest, though. I'd say she's an ESTP.

I see Se, Fi, Te and Ni and I think he's an extrovert, so I went with ESFP because on the inside he is a sweet and caring father who just wants someone to shower with affection. ENTJ is very possible though

I think he's an ENTJ. ESFP doesn't seem right...

    INTP - The Thinkers

Rhett -- ENTP. Tons of Ne-Ti. He foresees the negative consequences of the war on the day it's announced. He sees right through Scarlett's bullshit. He's a bit of a dreamer but is totally blunt with everyone. He uses Fe -- cares about how his actions impacts others, uses it to charm people. He doesn't live in the moment; he's forever thinking about and planning for the future (charming the townswomen for Bonnie's future benefit, marrying Scarlett so that he has time to make her fall in love with him, etc).

Scarlett -- ENTJ. Forever thinking and dreaming about the future; her Ni puts Ashley in her sights to the exclusion of all else; her Te makes things happen and doesn't give a damn about anyone else's feelings (if you read the book, she has Fi out the wazoo -- guilt over her actions, self-doubt, that's her weakest point -- underdeveloped Fi); under stress her Se kicks in and makes her spontaneous (hey Ashley, let's run away together!) but also able to change things quickly (marrying Frank). I could see an argument for ESFP, but she's too cold -- she shuts people down, and spends more time thinking about the future than the present. Even at the very end, she's scheming some way to get Rhett back -- futuristic focus.

Ashley -- INFX. I can see INFJ easily, but he may use some amount of Si in his unwillingness to let go of the past. But yeah, his inability to express his feelings for Melanie to Scarlett does indicate Fe -- "I don't want to hurt you, but I don't understand my own feelings either," so... yes, INFJ, I think.

    Melanie -- ISFJ. Textbook case.
