'Secretary' Movie - Edward Grey & Lee Holloway.

Someone told me about this movie and I knew I had to watch it. I don't know if anyone else saw it, but's a 2002 film.

I have to say, Lee Holloway is a classic case of a female INFP... Every little quirks she has, I've done the same. ^^ She's so adorable!

Edward Grey is an xNTJ... He's ridiculously intuitive, emotionally harsh (thus the T), and is a busybody (thus the J.) and has no time for fooling around, exept of course the some moments where he dominates Lee sexually.

What do you think? And I'm very curious of Edward is an Extrovert or an Introvert because it's hard to see, seeing as how he seems to be on the fence between both at the same time...

Know what, Edward HAS to be an ENTJ... It sounds too much like him. ^^

Oh, this movie is a classic
i think it's exciting, what Lee and (i don't remember his name) do :)
anyway, today I'm having a bad day...
Lee could be an INFP, of course.
And he could be an ENTJ. Or INTJ. You did a very good typnig work.

The whole plot and character interaction revolved around dom/sub things. It's interesting that you can create characters just from power exchange... but I agree that when you do that, you get a very (hyperbolic representation) of an infp and entj. Although they were fairly unusual and not typical portrayals of people. I think the screenwriter summoned their own sub fantasies to create it haha, because essentially that's what it is. Which I think is what sets this film apart from mainstream cinema. And it was important to do something like this to show the other types of relationships which are out there.

~anyway, I agree that it features a very odd and perculiar intp and entj... (but dammit, not all female infps' are as submissive as her or submissive at all). it's funny how she fantasises about him hugging her; to her it's about connection and attachment (f) and to him it's just about the role playing and detachment (t).

What about Lee's "side" boyfriend? (who I feel sorry for :( ) what about Edwards wife he was divorcing?

Oh, I forgot how much I loved this movie! I haven't seen it in years, haha.

Lee is such an exacerbated stereotype of an INFP, it's kind of funny how much I didn't want to relate to her when I first saw it; she reminded me so much of myself around others not too long ago.

Edward is probably ENTJ, and his wife from what I remembered seemed ETJish as well? They both kind of represent dominant executive stereotypes, so it's odd they were together but I don't remember the movie that well, ahh! I just remember her screaming "submissive!" at Lee, and getting extremely angry with it and showing it. Possibly, Edward is INTJ then, and she is ENTJ or something along those lines?

Lee's boyfriend, Peter seems isfj or isfp. She connects with him by being a introverted feeler but the connection ends there. I can see how an INfP like Lee would find herself attracted to an NT a bit more than an SJ or SP. There is a strange allure to NTs that make an NF a moth to the flame.

I think Edward liked her/was attracted to her first. But yeah, I guess some people just like something that's not new to them. It's exciting.

My current master is an NT and i'm an NF. I've often wondered how often this happens, it seems to be a natural thing for us. we fell into it before we even realized what was happening, and had to sort of negotiate backwards when we decided to make it a bit more formal.

I feel like I made a mistake... Edward is DEFINITELY an INTJ. Sorry everyone!
