She doesn't sound like an INTJ at all. The things you highlighted aren't traits belonging to an INTJ.

But a test is a good starting point. Although the girl doesn't seem very interested to do a whole test.

I defintely don't think she's an N, I'm still going with ISFJ.

no? i was thinking that the random thoughts were pretty N. i was also under the assumption that ISFJ's hate conflict and avoid it as much as possible

at first i was going to put down INTP but INTPs are also rather notorious for avoiding confrontation.

ISFJs do confront conflicts when they feel they must do it and it will come off as if they're facing it head on.
It also depends on the nature of the conflict.

this would make it seem like she's an ISFP, but with this combined,

"She also has the guts to say how she feels, yet as before I said she doesn't like to, but if she needs to, she will. She deals with confrontation well, she doesn't run from it."

this is extraverted feeling talking.

An ISFJ's dominant function is Fe, so I assume she's an ISFJ from the list given. The chances are, she's an ISFJ with a developed Fi.

Not to mention, she's definitely not an N even though she's random, these two support it:

"She brings everything back down to reality."

and

"She concentrates a lot of the past, because she knows this has developed her as a person."

I don't, even if that seems to be a big thing in most articles about INFPs^^ so doesn't have to mean anything.
I am also thinking ISfj, but there is not much to go of.
