Seems like an ISTJ to me, INTJ and INFJ possibility, however he seems too concerned with the past for that...

Aside from him, I would say Itachi Uchiha was definitely an INTJ in my opinion, due to his constant attempt at predicting the future and inserting plans, I see Fi in him because of his plan to use the crow in Naruto to react to his implanted sharingan to force Sasuke to protect the leaf, by putting him in a genjutsu. Whether he liked it or not sasuke would have been forced to go through with the command, it seems more of a thing an INTJ would decide to do than an INFJ.

Sasuke's difficult to figure out. Every time I think I've got a handle on his character, he does or says something that makes me unsure. If anything, he seemed particularly unstable at one point. I lean towards INFJ though. I think his past is more of a plot issue than how his character thinks and operates. And he doesn't think like an ISTJ. I see INTJ for Itachi too.

Sasuke's Fi is all over the place, he's pretty surely an ISFP.

I believe Itachi to be an INFJ. There's a lot of Ni-Fe in his motivations. (He understood the will of the Hokages when he was just a child, after all)

I saw loads of Fi, he killed his clan for the 'greater good' of the village, which seems pretty Fi. Also, he lacked the facial expression an Fe user has, besides his death scene but that was an exception.

    Itachi: INTP Sasuke: INFJ
There's no doubt of their INxx.Itachi is clearly a INxP due to his Ne.He doesn't seen to show any feeling at all (inferior Fe) which makes him a INTP.
Sasuke seens to be a J (INxJ) with some Fe on the secondary "slot" lol.I think his F is what maked him and Naruto not kill thenselves while on team 7 lol.

Noway Sasuke is INTJ, he isn't a mastermind in any way shape or form. The INTJ character is clearly Shikamaru.

Hes also too emo to be ISTP

    That leaves INFJ...

Itachi seems to be a ISFJ

Itachi was mostly driven by Fi values, with his loyalty to the village and doing what he himself knew was right to do for Sasuke and the Leaf. His communication style and plan/execution is so full of Te, and would explain how he easily made himself a villain and feigned complete detachment from his family and village. Then there's also the Ni foresight/strategic intelligence and wisdom that he was full of. INTJ, though I can still see the INFJ argument as plausible.

Sasuke's a bit tougher for me, but he seems to be a scarred and hardened Fi-dom in the grip of inferior Te. He seems very grounded in reality and kinesthetic experience, such as his desire for raw power while he was younger, which seems to be Se more than Ne. ISFP.

I would say Sasuke is an ISFJ. Sasuke strikes me as more present and past oriented, rather than future-oriented. His sense of values seem like they're instilled by others, which is more Fe. When he was a child, he constantly sought acknowledgment from his father, and growing up, he always wanted to prove to Itachi his strength, growth, etc. Nonetheless, a damaged ISFJ (maybe a turnaround, 600 or so chapters later).

Itachi... INFJ. The Ni is definitely there, with his drive towards fulfilling his vision/life goal of protecting Konoha and his brother. This was not a choice made out of logic, but rather out of emotion, making him an Fe. Heartwarming, certainly, but didn't come without it's costs. Some people think he's more INTJ because he seems devoid of emotions, but doesn't really have a choice but to conceal his emotions-- he was dead set on making his vision a reality (not to mention ANBU training when he was young). Once he is free of his obligations and his mission is fulfilled, he becomes as expressive, affectionate, and caring as you would expect from an INFJ.

I think Itachi is an INFJ with an INTJ façade.
About Sasuke, I am unsure... You have to keep in mind his past. He surely is IN. He might seem J but he also might seem P. He both makes plans and acts on impulse. Then I don't think he's really T because, as I said, you have to keep in mind his past. Also I remember him saying to Orochimaru that he was disgusted by him because he used people for his experiments, or something like that... So I would say he's not really a thinker, even though he has a thinker façade. He's harder to type that Itachi.
