I'm writing a book and I'd like some help with personality profiles for some of my characters. Any comments would be apprecated. Thanks in advance! Here's my types, a brief discription, and what I believe to be their MBTI.
Adult Male Bully: ESTP
Picks on/ridicules those he precieves as weaker. Very aggresive and compeative in public situations. Physically intimating, Loud, and seems to be on the edge of starting a fight. Shows anger and disguist frequently. Very low tollerence of non-conformist or "Kooky" people.
Child Goth Girl: INFJ
Desprete to find a boyfriend and have a partner. Has low self-esteem, and indicates with friends that she's stupid or a moron. Publicly she's puts on a "tough" exterior to high weaknesses and is mean when she feels like she's safe. In reality she has alot of fear in her life.
Adult Male Nerd Gamer: ISTJ
Is very good at games, is very bad at relationships. Awkward wtih the opposite sex and the majority of people. Generally none aggressive and keeps to himself, but will come alive when discussing his game with fellow gamers.
Adult Male Killer: ESTJ
He is well liked but will kill you for the right amount of money. He has alot of charm to get you where he wants you, and the cold bloodedness to kill you and chop up your body while he chit chats with his girlfriend about where they are going to go out for dinner. He's cunning, efficent, and very successful. He views most people as stupid cattle who are better off dead.
Adult Female Agoraphobic: ISFJ
She has strong bonds with her family and lover, but fears strangers and the world in general. She's thoughtful and caring but sometimes paralized with fear. She finds it very taxing to interact with strangers and maintains a high level of worry and anexity at all times. She tends only enjoy affection or praise if she's been hurt or humilated first.
Adult Male detective: ISTJ
He hunts down bad guys in the name of justice, and is very good at his job. He doesn't have many friends but he has many informates which he uses to get the information he needs. He's a good husband and father who keeps getting thrown into bad siutations. He is also a gamer, and considered emotionaless by most.
Adult Female Zealot: ENFJ
She is very religious and thinks highly of people who are willing to give their lives threw martyrdom. For her the church isn't just important it's the defining feature of her life. She's loud and defensive of her church and aggressive to anyone who disagrees with her beliefs. She is devote to the point that she looks down on others of her faith.
Adult Male Hermit: ISTP
He likes to be left alone. If you bother him it's your fault for what he's about to do to you. He has no problem shooting you and hiding your body in a shallow grave. He lives a simple life without society, or distractions. He lives off the land and is profiecent at hunting, farming, carpentry, and making moonshine. His idea of a great day is sitting on the porch in his rock'n chair, drinking moonshine and not seeing another human being all day.
Adult Female Tinkerer: INTJ
She likes to see what makes people "tick". She's gone threw school and learned what society has taught us about different people but that's not enough for her. She remains curious and wants to delve deeper into areas which she doesn't understand. She's quick to get bored or dismiss you if she considers your case ordinary, but like a bloodhound if you don't "fit the mold". She portrays that she cares about your feelings when in reality, she just cares about what she finds interesting.
I may have more as I get further along in the book. Any opininons on traits you believe these characters should have or driving forces would be apprecated. I would like to have as well round of an idea of them as I can, and I believe discussing them in deepth would help me have make them more realistic.
