Lots of NTs are this way.

Meh. Congrats, you've realized that the majority of the "emotions" people feel are just for show and that even the real ones are just chemical reactions to a stimulus they've been somewhat conditioned to respond to, anyway.

Some days I feel like none of my emotions are real, Shit, sometimes it's actually true and I have been called cold-hearted.

But, give it time. You will have some kind of raw emotional reaction to something or react unexpectedly in a way that feels very real to you. Or fall in love.

It happens, we just see the exaggerated emotions in others and don't identify with that. I think at the core most people are like us and are just more complicated.

I didn't read all of your post, I hope there's not something crazy in there that I missed.

No, you're not a psychopath; very likely to be schizoid, though.

A less dramatic version of being a psychopath is anti-social personality disorder. Look it up.

Who knows whether or not he's a psychopath? Supposedly 1% of the population qualify as psychopathic personalities. The word psychopath has a negative image associated with it as someone who goes around killing everyone. Truly, a psychopath just simply doesn't feel emotions towards anyone and also has a very grandiose perception of themselves. They're unable to love or feel guilt and continue to make the same mistakes because they feel nothing.

It's even thought that some successful business people have psychopathic personality types. But seriously, just because someone has a psychopathic personality does not mean they are a killer. So on the other hand, to assume you're a psychopath because you think about killing people is a false belief. There are a lot of people out there who are fascinated by murderers who aren't psychopaths. I'm pretty sure a lot of people in the field of criminology,(correct me if you think I'm wrong) who aren't psychopaths, are extremely fascinated by mass murders and try to imagine what it's like to be in the mind of a murderer.
