Are you / do you have bipolar tendencies, Beloved ?

I've never been diagnosed with anything besides depression. I think I may have bipolar tendencies. I just thought this video was interesting.

I have bipolar disorder. And I call it that, a disorder. It's a razor thin line to walk when you have it, the down episodes suck. Usually I get nothing done at all. But usually my up episodes help me make up for my down episodes.

    Imo,

Being bipolar-like any other disorder- is prone to cause one to feel inhibited. Hell some people don't have any disorders and still feel inhibited. The person reaches in life as much as he wants to reach. Holding on to various labels or diseases or the like, are just an easy way out.

    It's a good motivational video I guess.

Decon, could you tell more about it?

What are your downs and ups like? How do you feel during them?

Well, when I'm really feeling down, I tend to either feel really sick if I have to go out and do something. Otherwise, I just don't wanna get out of bed if it's at all possible.

As for wehn I'm having my up episodes, I get manic. Example: I was having a manic episode, and within two days, I had a 1,200 word paper done. When I try to go to bed, I feel restless. I can't sleep, so I just stay up all night and play video games.

That's what happens to me. I've been told that it varies from person to person. If you still have any questions, let me know.

Very interesting. Do you think about suicide when you get the downs? How long do they last? And the highs...do you get euphoria? How long do they last?

Sorry about taking a while to reply. The first night, I was high as a kite, and the next I was out of the house. So, to answer your first question, Sometimes. Usually not though. It'sd been a while since I've had a major episode of any kind. As for how long, they can last a while. The longest running is about three months. As for euphoria, no. I just can't sleep and have boundless energy. AS for the high, the longest is three days.
