Although I can't say I have ever coughed up blood in empathy, I have experienced some of the same phenomena that you have described. My eyes tend to water when someone explains that something is in their eye for example.

Yes, the eyes especially for me too. Sometimes I can't view pictures of eye problems, or even hear of those diseases or conditions.

This happens to me too. It usually happens when I get really scared.
You know most of the our disease come into our body because of our body. If this the case then may be you think so much after listening to other person and disease has full control over you.
