'' An introvert's heaven'' (your view)

If someone asked you to describe 'an introvert's heaven' for yourself, how'd you describe it?

For me, it would simply be being engaged with a good poetry book, as good poetry has all the elements that help me escape from the fast pace of modern life, from anxiety and just remind me about the important things in life. I can read the poetry alone, be fulfilled and recharge just like that.

I'd like to share one poem I find interesting (amongst many other poems)

    '' El Hombre

    It's a strange courage
    you give me ancient star:

    Shine alone in the sunrise
toward which you lend no part!

    William Carlos Williams''
What are the most fulfilling activities for you as an introvert?

An introvert's heaven (imo) is a quiet place outside where you can just take a good book or something and just sit quietly to enjoy the peace and quiet and just listen to the natural sounds around you.

Aimlessly walking around Target with my MUSIC on.

    I have a few.

Wandering around aimlessly in an empty (or near empty) shopping mall. Traveling to a new place or country by myself, assuming I know the appropriate language spoken and enough about the culture to manage. Curling up on a couch or seat in a quiet library on a rainy day, while getting lost in my thoughts, and perhaps even drifting to sleep for a short nap. At the library, I'd also have the luxury to read if I had the desire to. There's one library in my city that has cats in it, and some of them are especially friendly. I would enjoy to pet them and maybe play with them, too.

Also, on a rainy day where I have previous obligations, I would very much enjoy just staying in bed under my comfy down comforter with my cell phone on SILENT!

Sitting alone in a forest. Ideally when it's dark and the air is cool. And there's no chance of anybody finding you.

I also love that feeling when you get so far inside your own head thinking about things you love, that reality seems to fully disappear for a while. It's those moments when you suddenly snap back to reality and doubt whether or not you're in the real world that are pretty magical.

Lying in the woods and just listening to the silence / Sitting on a lonely beach with a nice book

For me, it's not so much where I am as it is the environment I'm in. My "introvert's heaven" would have to be somewhere I can just get completely lost in my thoughts or a book without any disturbances to interrupt me. Ideally, I wouldn't need to travel anywhere to reach a place, and I would be content to just sit in my room. I also like libraries, though, and the quiet is soothing.

I completely agree with what you said, and I would love to visit that library with cats in it!

Mmm, let's see. I have a few. Assuming everything is alright with my life and the people in it I care about, I would truly enjoy myself in places like this.

Somewhere in the hills, where it's cold, but not too much that the ground is covered with snow, with a view of water. That would be a lovely place to explore or curl up and read, or just introspect.
A little library of my own with lots of good food, like the ones with revolving doors which are under the stairs.

I don't know if this is odd, but I like to walk around the high-population, low-income portions of the urban center. I get plenty of opportunity to see new things (I appreciate the juxtaposition of the architecture against reality especially) and watch how people interact, pick up a new vice or two, and still retain a wonderful sense of detached anonymity.

It's about making new connections *points to forehead* and changing the shape of my highways rather than to just mindlessly sharpen and hone the existing ones and have a static network.

And then I go home and sleep a lot. XD

EDIT: I should note that sleeping allows time for my experiences to sink in and I might even reflect on them in my dreams. It's interesting up in here.

Additionally for me, the more interesting and insightful the poetry (it doesn't have to be what others define as 'conventionally' acceptable/interesting, poetry is just another dimension/world for me, to be honest), the better the introvert's paradise.
