So for a few months now I have been doing Zumba at the YMCA.
For those that don't know what Zumba is it's a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. You can burn up to 800-900 calories in a session....HECK YEAH!
So I go on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I am throwing weights in there to. I also will step on the elyptical for 25-30 minutes before a class.
Just wondering what you guys do to stay in shape. How often you do it? Is it working for you.
If anyone Zumba's let me know!

I have trouble getting motivated to work out, so the class setting is definitely for me. Plus, since I paid for it, I kind of have to get my lazy ass outta bed and go. Having taken the class, I feel like I could beat someone up if I needed to
