Why do we still have these things? Every man is not an estj....obviously. Every woman is not an infp....obviously. Why do we adhere to these things still? Let's debunk these shall we?

Sure, which one do you want to start with?

being pissed off all the time. having to initiate things with women. being into sports. being extroverted. being a thinker. impersonal.
I don't think men have to be pissed off all the time. Usually that kind of thing is usually reserved for sports.
As for the women thing, to me it seem like men are supposed to be leaders, or at least seen as leaders.
As for sports, Yeah, it seen as weird for a guy not to have some kind of favorite sport. The main ones I've been seeing is Football, MMA, and soccer. Although spike was showing rugby for a little while. But I think most people are accepting of someone not having a sport.
As for being extroverted, I think that just depends on who you're with. Usually, there is at least one guy in a group of 10 or so who is the quiet one.
As for the other two, I have no answer for those two right now.
I like to cook.
And wear girl jeans. But only cuz they fit.
However, cumming on titties is tits.
So is wooping fucking ass.
-End.
Wait... are we talking about gender roles, gender stereotypes, or both?

Leaders.....and who is supposed to lead......extroverts most likely....even more so Js....estjs entjs....enfjs....yea.
Well I guess I'm thinkin more big picture here. The way men talk to each other....act around each other.....feels like we are trying to fit something.....it feels as if we are trying to fit into this MAN image.....and I don't like it. This could be just my school....but I don't think it is.

Damn dog you stole my thread idea not cool.
Anyway we have gender roles, but are they really wrong? Men are (for the most part) built for more physical labor then women. Thus shouldn't men take more physical roles in society? Shouldn't it be the role of the man to defend society? Should it really be an equally assigned role? Should women take construction jobs, or join the army, at the same rate that men do?
I think since ancient times men were stronger physically and because of this they held power over society. This led to the world we live in today being dominated by men. But I don't believe that gender roles do not, or more accurately, should not, exist. What is wrong with the "MAN" image? Is it not true to your nature?
I think we all do stereotypical things unconsciously, like the jobs we choose to do might be seen feminine or masculine.
Why we do this? I don't know.
