How many people like the way their voice sounds? Why or why not?
no i do not.
I don't like how it sounds, but I do like the way I can use it usually. I like the expression that I can put into it.
I am deeply in love with my own voice. It's a mix of smooth and gravelly, the proportion varies with the time of day. It's deep, rich and sensual. It can get authoritative and dominant. It's versatile and sexy.

I don't. Every time I've heard it, it sounds so annoying. I've been told that people have disliked me because they don't like sound of my voice and I don't blame them (much).
I don't like it all that much, but I suppose it suits me. I think the majority of people don't like to hear their voice played back because it sounds different to what they think but have no problem if someone else's voice is played back because we believe they sound like that. It's an interesting parallel so I try not to worry about it too much.

I like how it sounds inside my head. Low and rich and soft with vague British/Irish undertones for no discernable reason.
When I hear it on voicemail, I sound like a tiny, high-pitched, pathetic child. That I hate.
My voice is fine in my head and to others too. It has the annoying tendency of being shrill when I'm nervous. When I did a recording, my voice sounded totally weird and off because I was so nervous!
But my voice was fine when I was voicing characters, though. Like, voice acting. I'm more confident at that.
I like it in the morning after a good sleep.
Yes, I do. It has a strange effect on certain men. For example, when I was in college, a guy friend of my roommate's called her and I answered the phone. We talked a little and he liked my voice so much that he put his roommate on the phone so he could hear it, too. In later years when I had a house, the FedEx guy rang the doorbell. I opened the door and said Hi or something and he just stared at me and said, "Oh my gosh, you have such a lovely voice....I wish my wife had a voice like that!".
