Don't be too wise or too stupid in the sight of others

Understanding knowledge of the human soul comes from opening our own hearts, our own dreams, venturing the unknown as well as unseen with our natural tools, exploring the hopes as well as 'what if's' from experiences..rather than just close-ended societal fixed conventions.

Try not to find yourself simply "going through the motions". Make every endeavor of yours have a purpose; be in the moment but be cognizant of the future and open yourself up to opportunity and conviction!

Get a good night's sleep everynight.

Don't eat it if it is bigger than your head. I believe I got that from Johnny Bravo but I am not sure!

Don't dwell on what went wrong. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend your energies on moving forward toward finding the answers you seek.

It is up to you to choose your own direction in life. It is very important to realize that we create our own destiny from the thoughts we think and the decisions we make.
