My laptop battery and my world

So, I'm sitting outside on campus, it's a beautiful day. Not too hot, not too cold. The clouds are spread out, the sky is blue, I can hear the sound of the fountain soothing my soul as it runs endlessly 50 feet away from me. A giant facade of shade comes and goes, focusing my attention every once in awhile from my virtual world put upon me by my ever so taunting pretty MacBook. Life is good.

However, my laptop battery indicator is now on read, reading a calculation of about 12 minutes left of life.

And my world begins to crash down now.

Oh how technology runs my existence. What would I do without my MacBook and this wonderland of endless possibilities known as the internet?

I used to read a lot, I kind of miss it. I know I could easily read again but knowing there are regions of the Internet that I have not explored is too much to pass up. Even when I do read now it is usually an e-book. Without technology I would likely be going to the library several times a week again. I used to average 7-10 books a week.

I was about to say...you could make that scene so much better by having a MacBook! One step ahead of me. Except that I use Pro, which is bloody brilliant.

If I had the money, I would invest in another MacBook, except the Pro. Right now I don't have the money for that though. I'm going to need to use my MacBook as much as I can. I could buy an extra battery though, keep it with me. I feel like it would be a worthy investment. :P

I have no idea what's going on with me today. I'm normally pretty good about these sort of things. Earlier I spelled "shut" as "shit" and now "invest" as "incest".
