2) Solitude from the noise of the modern world whenever necessary
3) Eggs (I have to eat them at some point or I'd be stressed)
4) Reading/ internet (I have to read or type something or I go crazy, basic law of my life these days)
5) Venting (I need people in my life I'm closest to, to vent to) @midnightstar knows this very well.
6) Water
7) Good skincare
9) Reminder of my degree result (these days, it's a sense of accomplishment)
10) Reminding myself that necessary rest is okay
