    List 10 things you need to keep you sane (random list)

    * The sane list thread *

    1) Green tea

    2) Solitude from the noise of the modern world whenever necessary

    3) Eggs (I have to eat them at some point or I'd be stressed)

    4) Reading/ internet (I have to read or type something or I go crazy, basic law of my life these days)

    5) Venting (I need people in my life I'm closest to, to vent to) @midnightstar knows this very well.

    6) Water

    7) Good skincare

    9) Reminder of my degree result (these days, it's a sense of accomplishment)

    10) Reminding myself that necessary rest is okay

    3) Facebook
    4) Philosophy
    5) History
    6) Me time
    7) Don't over analyze things
    8) Life doesn't always have to be fast paced. Take some time to stop, look and appreciate the things around me.
    9) Spend time with family
    10) Spend time with friends.

    time -alone- .. -completely- alone

    10g carbs a day

    LAUGHS!

    Success at what I aim to do. Although, whenever I aim right I'm always successful. Nice how that works :)

    Phone calls with my Mom :)

    A best friend to bitch with about people who piss us off, and laugh about it.

    My friend who always has Marijuana.

Basically I wondered how little I could get away with before keeling over, so I went to completely zero for two days of hell, then tried a little more, little more, until I got it just right.     I need

    1) Sleep, at least 7 hours of sleep. And a nap.

    2) Peaceful happy moments with my daughter

    3) Snuggles

    4) Nicotine

    5) Sex

    6) Vegatables - I cannot just eat all meat all the time

    7) Atkins peanut butter cups ftw.

    8) Conversations

    9) Acceptance

    10) Love. In general.
    @timeless got sad because he's not on the list, but I think most of those can also apply to him.

    35 feels ideal to me, but I gain weight at over 25 so sucks for me.

    6. other worlds for my mind (books/movies/shows)
    7. - 10. are mixed in priority, but all in some way... pleasure:
    X. open arms, closed eyes, raindrops on my face, wind tearing on my clothes and i hear thunder that sounds as if the world is ending right now.

    X. feeling every single muscle in my body hurt from exercise
