Heat-Haze Days / カゲロウデイズ [PV ENG SUB] analysis

Anybody want to take the time help sort out some of the mystery regarding this video? I got the best English sub i could find on youtube for what its worth. It's not like their is an answer I'm looking for, I'm just looking for some greater understanding in the situation. I've haven't been agonizing about this for days, but its got me at least distracted. Anybody else care to dig for some answers? Maybe it'd be better if this thread just fell into obscurity. Anywho, I don't quite feel like sharing my thoughts just yet.
