    1) No I don't relate fully, I constantly wish I was more organized. Though in certain things I'm almost compulsively organized, so..... I relate to some extent.

    2) Unpopular, oh hell yes. But I make friends easily. I'm the one who keeps making contact with any random person around as long as I feel good/in the mood for this in a situation. But then in other situations I'm just reserved and don't care. And eventually, I can get to be "too much" for some people and so I'm not liked in many places overall, I guess I'll have to resign myself to accepting I'm just this controversial person. -.-

Oh and yes I can get too serious at times. Boring? I don't think so, though my sense of humour is..... let's just say unique and not appreciated by everyone. -.- Cool? I dunno and never wondered about this.

PS: This is from a xSTP, though.

A lot of you sound like ISTPs to me... I know quite a few ISTPs and they love people almost just as much as an ESTP, but they're not in the crowd at every second. I think that their love of people makes them hard to tell apart from an ESTP because they act so similar. For a while I thought my cousin was extoverted, but I recently found out that he's an ISTP instead.

I'd say it's something to be proud of. I absolutely love ISTPs. :D

well how do you tell the two apart? what made you think your cousin was ISTP after all?

Could also be ENTJ. I think most people overlook ENTJ as a possibility because ENTJ's are generally regarded as dicks.

Not to add to the confusion, but I would say my ESTJ daughter falls under the 'organized, tidy, unpopular' category. (She does have good friends who like her, but I'm noticing they usually only handle her in small doses. It is hard as an INFJ mom to watch because I don't want her feelings to be hurt. Yet, it is usually her tendency to correct others that does it....)

I see you used to type here as ISTP, what changed your opinion of your type?

As for myself, I'm definitely P, not J... (I didn't relate to the organized, tidy part that much anyway :P ) and definitely Ti.

oh, wow why can they only handle her in small doses? I can guess though about how extensive that tendency about correcting others can be... I recall some typeme thread here of some ESTJ, she was so adamant about how anyone else is an idiot who doesn't agree on whatever and I also found it funny how convinced she was about being capable of changing anyone's opinion. I don't believe in that sort of stuff at all. Everyone can determine for themselves how they think about things. I do love a good debate and like having the last word but I know people are more stubborn in their views than that.

ENTJ and ISTP are similar in the fact that they both have Se Ni wedged between thinking and feeling. But I am not a Ti user, and I am definitely feeling inferior. There's more to it than that though.

I generally type as an xSTP and am pretty organised, get on well with most people but have few close relationships, was really unpopular but now make friends fairly easily, but I find people very confusing and frightening. I read that ESTPs are more prone to outdoors and such rather than people (ESFPs are more people orientated apparently). Extroversion doesn't have to mean 'people' I don't think, it can mean outside stimulation and such.

So you somehow realized you're not Ti-dom but Te-dom? Feeling inferior in what way?
