I'm posting this in all the personality forums.
So I'm working on my leadership here, and a big part of it involves understanding how the different personalities of my subordinates communicate. I could be the greatest guy in the world, but if I told an ISTP to do something "because unfortunately that's how it is" they'll probably just fight back (even if I said it with a calm tone of voice and a smile).
So, what does it take to drive you to do something you ordinarily wouldn't want to?
I like concrete examples, so I'll give some examples of my own for you to base your answers off of if it helps.
-If I told you to chip paint for hours on end
-Do endless paperwork.
-or do something comletely mundane and stupid like sort out garbage before being put into a furnace anyway.
-Get to work on time
