I am so sick of the selfish liars that surround me. People just bleed other people dry. In turn, every time they rip someone else off, whether at the store, or gas stations, they pay on the other end, but they are too retarded to see that. THEY WASTE EACH OTHERS TIME, WHICH IS MORE VALUABLE THAN MONEY EVEN, HELLO???? Injury leads to injury. FULL CIRCLE. While, giving back kindly and honestly, always come back to the giver. FULL CIRCLE. I will always admire volunteers. And since I love and admire myself, quite a bit actually, I AM A VOLUNTEER. FULL CIRCLE.

Well, it's the system we live in. We thinkers have to try to come together and think of a way to break it and piece it back together so that it's more sustainable, and efficient.

I have big ideas about how the system should be run, but I think too big, and I miss details. So that's my weakness.

I think volunteers are awesome too, and the reason is because they're not motivated by monetary gain, which is what the entire system is run on. You always have to question somebody if they're doing something for money. But, you never do if they're volunteering. They're doing it because it makes sense to.

Money gets in the way of progress, in my opinion. There is so much that we could do if we had the 'funding' for it. Science, medicine, space technology, Holy Crap, we'd be so frickin' advanced by now if money wasn't in the way. It's being used on weapons instead, which is the complete opposite of progress. Bah.

Sorry for rant, but seriously. Our world doesn't make any sense, and I don't understand why people just accept it as it is, instead of trying to change it.

Feelers are thinkers too. Thinkers are feelers. Noam Chomsky is an INFJ, and he can out-logic and out-debate some of the best thinkers in the world...and he has.

Perhaps you should gain a more nuanced view of this typology stuff before you dispense some more words on the matters of running shows.

Well, I never stated that feelers weren't thinkers.

But, if the feelers only feel, then they shouldn't run the show. And if the thinkers only think, then they shouldn't run the show either.

I'm sure a feeler can set aside their feelings to think critically on a situation and apply their strengths to reach an understanding and solve the problem, maybe even more than a thinker, and thereby becoming more of a thinker than some thinkers.

And, if the thinker can set aside logic and consider their feelings and understanding upon those feelings, then they can perhaps become more of a feeler than some feelers.

So, to expand on my previous statement:

A feeler that is a thinker can run the show, or a thinker that is a feeler, but not only a feeler, or only a thinker.

I don't think the T/F continuum is that important compared to the N/S continuum when it comes to abstract reasoning ability.

The problem with 'pure thinkers running the show' is that they take feelings OUT of the equation. That way, either they end up stepping on people to get what they want done (the problem in the OPs post) or they can't muster up the sustainable charisma to get their plans realized and put into action (because any big goal needs other people to help enact it.)

The ones that 'run the show' are the ones that can utilize both, or they find people to balance out their weaknesses and help them run the show.
